The Means Agency general information

1.  Intellectual Property

1.1 The source code of all website web pages remains the intellectual property of The Means Agency  (“The Means”) and may not be copied and/or used by the Client or any third party without the express written consent of the Service Supplier.

1.2. All scripts, Cascading Style Sheets (“CSS”) and files used and embedded within the The Means’s published websites remains the intellectual property of the Service Supplier and may not be copied and/or used by the Client or any third party without the express written consent of the Service Supplier.

1.3. The stored procedures, functions and triggers programmed into Structured Query Language (“SQL”) Databases remain the intellectual property of the The Means and may not be copied and/or used by the Client or any third party without the express written consent of the The Means.

1.4. All editorial content remains the intellectual property of the individual authors and shall be governed by a separate “Publishing Agreement”.

1.5. All material, content and images written or created by The Means for or on behalf of the Client are deemed to be the property of The Means, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

1.6. The Means retains the right to reproduce, publish and display the Media from Projects on its websites and portfolios, periodicals and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition or creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the Media in connection with such uses. The Client and The Means, subject to the other’s reasonable approval, may describe its role in relation to the Services and, if applicable, the Services provided to the other party on its website and in other promotional materials and, if not expressly objected to, include a link to the other party’s website.

This makes your name, website address and comment (but not your email address) viewable by the general public on the website.

Once posted, you cannot change or remove any comments you have submitted on our website pages and/or posts. However, if you would like to have this information removed please contact us and we will do this for you.

You should know that because of technical constraints, all information is never completely removed from our databases.
